Town School is committed to providing students with
a nurturing, caring, and safe learning environment. To fully support
students, the school employs learning specialists, a school counselor,

Secondary School Preparation
The Secondary School Placement Counselor oversees
the seconday school application process. Parents and students meet
with the counselor to obtain information and ascertain which secondary
schools meet the individual needs of each boy. A secondary school

The Learning Services Department provides support
and information to students, parents, faculty and administration
concerning the issues raised by working with children with special
needs. This support enhances the classroom experience of all Town

Testing
Standardized testing is first administered in
the second grade. The results of this test provide teachers with
information on reading, spelling and math at the beginning of the
school year, enabling them to provide enrichment or review as indicated
