Curriculum


The Library staff teaches a progressive program of skills instruction in all grades. Primary level activities are centered around literature appreciation while the middle grades concentrate on information and media literacy..

Seventh Grade and Eighth Grade

Seventh and eighth graders in the Literate Writer class visit the library weekly for independent reading. Approximately once a month, the librarians give booktalks highlighting books they feel are of particular interest to this age group.
