Town's New Teacher Institute, a two-year internship program, contributes as well to the educational quality at Town School. Interns bring energy, creativity and resourcefulness to the classroom while the head teachers benefit from the professional challenge of mentoring, and their students benefit from a favorable student-to-faculty ratio of 11:1.
